Join us as we honor and remember the lives lost to transphobic violence, and celebrate the lives they lived on Transgender Day of Remembrance. This observance will take place at Imago Dei Church, featuring a series of events aimed at raising awareness and fostering community support.
We have decided to host multiple events this year to help our community and bring awareness and access to support.
Service and Social Hour
Date: November 22nd
Time: 6:00 PM
Join us for a service hosted by Pastor Melinda. We understand some of us prefer a service for TDOR and we want to accommodate that. If you prefer not to participate in the service, there will also be a social hour during this time. This gathering provides an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and uplift one another in a safe and welcoming environment.
Meet the Provider Panel
Date: November 22nd
Time: 7:00 PM
Following the service and social hour, you will have an opportunity to engage with a panel of healthcare providers dedicated to supporting the transgender community. This is a chance to ask questions, learn about available resources, and discuss ways to better care.
All are welcome to attend as we come together to reflect, support, and stand in solidarity with the trans community.
